Introduction to Drama School

If you are considering a career in the professional performance arts world, and applying for a full-time drama school, this course will help to answer your questions.
Students will experience an intensive practical introduction to the industry.
Closely mirroring the work that takes place when taking a Foundation Diploma. Students on this short course undertake training in acting, voice, movement, dance, improvisation, Shakespeare, modern text, improvisation, mime, a combination of styles and practitioners, acting for camera techniques. Including, presentation skills, public speaking and Musical Theatre (optional).
The course culminates in a public performance and all students will take away a copy of the short film they have performed in.
Introduction To Screen Acting
PRESENTING & CAMERA TECHNIQUES FOR FILM & TV.
THREE WEEK INTENSIVE COURSE
This short intensive course is an ideal introduction for students with no Film or TV experience. Students who may not have worked on camera. This course explores the essential skills required for film and television acting.
Shakespeare Short Courses
THREE WEEK INTENSIVE COURSE
This in-depth, practical, short course is suitable for students of all abilities and offers a dynamic and challenging immersion in Shakespearean texts.
During the three weeks, students take classes in acting, pure movement, physical theatre, stage combat, historical dance, Alexander Technique and singing. This course will equip students with the practical skills and techniques necessary to perform Shakespeare’s work.
