Language and Literacy Developmental Skills ‘The Perfect Vehicle! Specialist
Plays & Workshops!
Say Two Productions provide an endless list of plays, poetry and literature, both classical and contemporary, which will develop ambitious, enthusiastic learners who will foster an appreciation for literature and life long learning. The plays and interactive workshops will enable students to build on what they have seen and been taught to expand the range of their vocabulary, writing skills and curiosity.
Performance
Each tailor-made performance is produced to inspire and engage students. The plays include colourful costumes, music, language and characters. The stories and plots are brought imaginatively off the page developing students' imagination and broadening their language skills and reading skills.
Workshop Content
The workshops include narratives, explanations, descriptions, comparisons, summaries and evaluations. The sessions will support pupils through active role play to develop a deeper understanding along with consolidating vocabulary development - a key to pupils learning and progress across the whole curriculum.
ACTIVE VOCABULARY See it! Experience it! Act it! Role play!
The sessions will actively develop pupils' vocabulary, building on pupils’ current knowledge and increasing 'store of words' in general, vital for pupils’ future comprehension.
The aims and objectives of the teacher's (professional development workshops) & parent's workshops will; Improve pupils spoken skills, writing skills reading skills. The session will develop pupils’ spoken language, reading, writing and vocabulary, integral for furthering understanding of language and developing communication fluency, an essential part of building foundations for success in all subjects and lifelong learning. Pupils will be taught to speak clearly and convey ideas confidently using Standard English.
The Sessions will develop effective communication skills learning through FUN!
World Book Week 2021
World Book Week is a brilliant time to engage your students in the world of literature and ensure your students reach and surpass their English, literacy and reading targets.
World Book Day is a brilliant opportunity to bring in Say Two Productions for a fun, interactive performance centred around your book of choice. We offer performances of many favourite stories, bringing the characters to life and inviting your students to become a part of the story.
Our World Book Day options include:
Interactive performances - allowing your students to become a part of the book, increasing their understanding of the text and encouraging them to further develop key areas of learning, such as phonics and descriptive techniques.
After school events:
We encourage parents to attend the performance and be engaged in the student's interaction with the book to maximise their children's learning experience

Shakespeare
‘Simply Shakespeare’ An IDEAL introduction to Shakespeare! Romeo & Juliet, Macbeth & Witches, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Elizabethan costumes, props, exciting sword fights, music and dancing. Each performance and interactive workshop caters for all learning styles. The emphasis is ALWAYS learning through FUN !
